Anger
published: 2008-10-10I called my mum this morning to see how things are going. My 2 and-a-half yr. old son did not want to come to the phone.
"Oh, I think he's angry," my mum said.
No doubt he'll let me know that the very moment he's home.
In the meantime, I need every second of this day and night to finish that screenplay on time. I'm telling myself: giving myself this time is for the good of us both. Because once I get the work done, I can relax and be the kind of mum that smiles. Even at anger.
